Frequently Asked Questions
Common questions customers ask before booking. If yours is not here, just call us.
How much does a repair cost?
There is no fixed price list, because the cost depends on the machine, the fault, the visit and whether parts are needed. We diagnose first, tell you the likely cost, and start work only after you approve. Every paid job gets an official GST invoice, and our rates come from a standard rate card which the office can share when you call.
Do you give same-day service?
Same-day visits depend on technician availability and your area. When you book, choose a slot and our office will confirm what is actually possible on your number. For urgent breakdowns, calling is faster than the booking form because we can slot you in directly.
What areas do you cover?
Primarily Haridwar and nearby towns such as Roorkee, Manglaur and Laksar. You can check your area here, or call us. For commercial, industrial and AMC work we travel further — travel cost is confirmed at the time of booking.
Is the repair warranted?
Yes. Our workmanship carries a warranty, and if the same fault returns within the period stated on your invoice or job card, we attend and rectify it at no extra service charge. Spare parts carry whatever warranty their manufacturer provides. Full terms are on our Terms & Conditions page.
What is an AMC and is it worth it?
An AMC (Annual Maintenance Contract) means scheduled preventive visits through the year plus priority response if something breaks down. It makes sense if your business depends on your refrigeration or power equipment, because small faults get caught on a planned visit instead of during a breakdown with stock at risk. For a single household machine, paying per visit is usually more sensible.
Do you sell spare parts?
Yes. We supply spare parts during a service visit, and you can also browse our spare parts shop directly. If you tell us the model, we can confirm whether the part is in stock before we visit.
Why does my AC need "gas filling" again and again?
Because refrigerant does not get used up — it is a sealed loop. If the charge keeps dropping, there is a leak. Topping up the gas without repairing the leak means the same problem returns, and each visit costs more. The correct job is to find the leak, repair it, pressure-test, then recharge properly. We explain this in detail in our guide on signs of a refrigerant leak.
