1. Who we are

This website is operated by Kurhi Refrigeration & Power Solutions, trading under the brand name Kraps Care. Our office is at Gali No 3, Siddhi Vinayak Colony Phase 2, SIDCUL Bypass Road, Salempur, Haridwar, Uttarakhand 249402, India. 2. Information we collect

We only collect what is needed to diagnose a fault, reach your location, and complete a service job.

• Service booking form. When you book a service we collect your name, mobile number, optional email address, service address with location, the appliance or machine you need help with, your description of the problem, and your preferred appointment date and time slot.
• Photographs you upload. If you attach photos of the machine or its nameplate, we store those images with your complaint so the technician can carry the right tools and spare parts. Photos are visible to our technicians and office staff handling your job.
• Contact form. If you use the message form on our Contact page we receive your name, email address, optional mobile number, and your message.
• Customer account. If you create an account in the Kraps Care app or web portal we store your name, mobile number, email address, saved service addresses, job history and invoices.
• Payment records. Amount, invoice number, payment status and timing. We do not store full card or UPI credentials on our systems — card and UPI details are entered on the payment provider's own secure page.
• Usage and device information. Pages visited, approximate location derived from your IP address, browser type, device type and referring page. This is collected by our analytics and advertising tools described in section 6.
• Technical identifiers. Browser and network (IP) details stored temporarily with a complaint, used only to detect duplicate or fraudulent submissions. These are automatically deleted after 90 days.

3. How we use your information

• To schedule and carry out the repair, installation or maintenance work you requested.
• To send you the appointment slot, technician tracking updates and service status on the number or email you give us.
• To issue GST invoices, warranty information and service records.
• To answer your messages and to contact you about a job that could not be completed on the first visit.
• To detect and prevent duplicate, spam or fraudulent complaints.
• To understand which pages and services are useful so we can improve the website and our service.
• To show advertising, where Google serves ads based on your prior activity on this and other websites. See section 6.

We do not sell your personal information. We do not share it with unrelated advertisers or data brokers.

4. Who can see your information

Your information is visible only to the people who need it to do their job:

• The Kraps Care technician assigned to your job.
• Our office and customer-support staff handling your booking and invoice.
• Our IT service provider, which hosts the application servers and databases on our behalf.
• Our payment processor, limited to what is required to take and confirm your payment.
• Government or law-enforcement authorities, but only where we are legally required to disclose it.

5. How long we keep your information

• Service records and invoices are kept for as long as needed to meet Indian tax and accounting record-keeping requirements, and to support any warranty claim. Deleting these on request may not be possible while a legal retention duty applies.
• Complaint technical fingerprints (device, browser, IP) are deleted automatically after 90 days.
• Messages sent through the contact form are kept until the enquiry is resolved and then deleted.
• Analytics data is retained by Google Analytics for the period set in your Google Analytics account settings.

6. Cookies, local storage and advertising

We and our third-party partners use cookies and browser local storage to make this site work and to measure traffic. Because this site carries Google AdSense advertising, the following applies:

• Google Analytics (measurement ID G-FTM49YXZ8Q) is used to understand how visitors use the site. Google may use your IP address to determine an approximate location.
• Microsoft Clarity is used to record how visitors interact with pages, so we can find and fix layout problems.
• Google AdSense and its partners use cookies to serve ads based on your prior visits to this and other websites. Google's use of advertising cookies enables it and its partners to serve ads based on your visit to this site and/or other sites on the internet.
• Opting out. You can opt out of personalised advertising at Google Ads Settings. Third-party vendor cookie use is governed by Google's advertising policies.
• Functional local storage is used to remember your login session, your language preference, and any form you have started but not submitted. You can clear this at any time by clearing site data in your browser.

Advertising is shown on our public informational pages only. We do not show ads on login screens or on customer, technician, vendor or admin dashboards.

7. Your rights and choices

You can ask us at any time to show you the personal information we hold about you, correct anything that is wrong, or delete information we are not legally required to keep. To make a request, email care@krapscare.com with the subject line "Data request" or call +91 9410168261. We will respond within a reasonable period. You can also opt out of marketing messages at any time by replying to the message or calling us. If you are not satisfied with our response, you may complain to the relevant data protection authority in India.

8. Security

Traffic to this website is encrypted with HTTPS. Service and account data is stored in a secured cloud database where only authenticated staff with the correct role can open it. Access by our own staff is limited to what their job requires and is recorded in an audit log. No system is completely secure, but we do not knowingly store card numbers, CVV codes or UPI PINs.

9. Children

This site is a business service site and is not directed at children under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

10. Changes to this policy

If we change how we handle your information, we will update this page and revise the "Last updated" date above.
