Business identity: Kraps Care is a service brand of Kurhi Refrigeration & Power Solutions, registered as MSME (Udyam) UDYAM-UK-06-0091473 and GST-registered under 05CHKPK7267G1Z2. Every job is invoiced on an official GST invoice.
Where we work: We are based at Salempur, on SIDCUL Bypass Road in Haridwar, and serve homes, shops, offices, and industrial units across Haridwar and nearby industrial areas — including SIDCUL industrial estates where cold rooms, chillers, and DG sets run around the clock. For commercial and industrial clients we offer planned preventive maintenance and Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMC), not just breakdown repairs.
How we work: Every complaint booked on this website gets a ticket ID, a trained technician is assigned, and the work is completed on a GST invoice with clear charges for labour and parts. If a machine needs a part we don't carry, we tell you upfront — no surprise charges after the job is done. You can reach us every day from 9 AM to 8 PM on phone or WhatsApp at +91-94101-68261 or by email at care@krapscare.com.
